Mr. Constitution explains why, beginning with the original intent regarding the make-up of our bicameral congress, and more specifically, the U.S. Senate. Douglas V. Gibbs also discusses the State Legislatures and how they’ve changed, including through 1964’s Reynolds v. Sims. Then Doug gets into Democracy versus Republic, the city voice versus the rural voice, January 6, guns, and how we need to get back to having a moral standard.
