How is it that the congress critters in America get so rich in politics?

President Harry S Truman said, “You can’t get rich in politics unless you’re a crook.”

Democrats and Republicans alike use their insider information, and political decisions to make money outside their “compensation” as a representative, and it is downright criminal.
My Congressman, Republican Ken Calvert, does it through commercial real estate (and federal funding earmarks on unrelated bills for his property’s infrastructure so that he can buy low, and sell high).  Many of the Democrats don’t want any slowdown of illegal immigration not because they care so much about the illegals, as much as it is about the cheap labor they take advantage of illegally.
Well, it’s that, and the illegal alien votes that they hope will eventually make America a one-party rule system.

I often wonder if some of them are also making money off of the drugs pouring in across the border, as well.  A Trump Wall would reduce the illegal import of these drugs, and dampen their flow of profit from the drug trade that currently flows across the border unimpeded.
Then, there is their so-called charitable natures that aren’t charitable at all.

New York state Democrats in the Black and Puerto Rican Caucus run a charity to empower “African American and Latino youth through education and leadership initiatives” by “providing opportunity to higher education.”

There’s just one problem.

In other words, the charity is a sham.

And then, there’s the Clintons, and their charity scam in Haiti (which is but one of a long list of illegal ventures they partake in).

We’ve known about all the money that was raised by Bill and Hillary Clinton for the Haiti disaster, and that Haiti never received any of the money, but now the facts are beginning to surface again.

Bernard Sansaricq once held the position of president of the Senate of Haiti in 1994, as well as the former senator of the Republic of Haiti in both 1991, and 1997.  As a fighter for the people of Haiti, he spent tireless months campaigning for President Trump while exposing what the Clintons have done to his native country.

His telling of the tale of the Clintons literally screwing Haiti ended up going viral across multiple social media platforms, and then he served as a guest on radio shows, public forums, and even the Fox Business Network managed to squeeze him in on a 4:32 min piece exposing the Clintons pay-to-play schemes, on October 12, 2016.

He is one of the few people in this world that stood up to the Clintons and refused their pay-to-play bribes, and lived to tell the tale.

When he tells the story he explains that Haiti is filled with corruption, and the Clintons have taken full advantage of it with their own corruption.  And it is a story with no ending.  In other words, it’s not just about what the Clintons have done, but what they are continue to do.
Now, the Question is, will the millionaires in Congress, and the partisans in the media, be willing to talk about it, or will this just be another crime by American politicians that will be swept under the rug as more millions line the pockets of these despicable people?
