Proposition 13: VOTE NO

While being sold as a funding mechanism for schools, the funds have been provided with past bonds.  Proposition 13 actually adjusts how much bonds can be applied to property taxes, and if passed, could increase current property taxes in California by 60% with options for further increases as new bonds are passed.
