GOP State Legislatures have decided to examine executive orders from the Biden Administration to determine if they are constitutional. Mr. Constitution, Douglas V.   1. Have question about the OBUST BILL just signed it's about the electoral count vote part of that bill that involves the VP and joint Session of congress that does involve the constitution and can it be changed without the states ratifying?
    Which I do believe the whole bill is unconstitutional in which the way it was voted on the count of vote and Procedures? I do have your web site in bookmarks just point in right direction.
