Don't forget Senate Resolution 511, which even though it is non-binding, was passed unanimously (ironically to confirm John McCain's eligibility to run against Mr. obama – who clearly is not a natural born citizen) and is therefore fair game for the SCOTUS to use as a reference ,should they be asked for a definition today. It also specifies born on American soil of American parents, although, I have been told that Vattel's Law of Nations specified only that the father must be a citizen as the affections of a child were commonly assumed to be most likely to follow those of the father.
Unfortunately, Kamala Harris is holding the back door open for them. Until THAT issue is brought front center, it doesn't really matter. Wrong doers gonna wrong do.
