  1. Doug and I agree on most things, but I'm going to split hairs here. The Constitution certainly is not systemically racist, but the government we currently have is. The welfare system, the CIA/cartel flooding of cities with drugs, the Prison Industrial Complex, the education system, etc.. most certainly are systemically racist. None of that is Constitutional either.
