We live in a world where the anti-American left has gotten so bad that they’ve even caught the attention of the country by attempting to assassinate what they consider to be the greatest threat to their political power, Donald J. Trump — TWICE (well, three times, actually, if you count the guy caught, arrested, and stopped before he could put his itchy finger on the trigger after working with the Iranians).  The enemy of the Constitution calls him a danger to democracy (Even though constitutionally we are a federal republic!), a fascist, and an insurrectionist, yet they verbalize to the world that they are curious, and don’t understand why, people are trying to shoot him.  Some of them, mostly media types on the leftwing media channels, blame Trump for attracting assassins with his dangerous rhetoric (you know, crazy radical phrases like “Let’s Make America Great Again,” “Fight Fight Fight” after someone tried to kill him, and referring to criminal illegal aliens as “Bad Hombres”).    One wonders if, considering the perimeter blunders of the Secret Service that has allowed these shooters to get as close as they have, if it isn’t the enemies of the Constitution on the inside of the infiltration within the halls of government who are orchestrating these attacks.  Meanwhile, they offer as a candidate for President of the United States a feminist leftist who couldn’t manage her first interview without having a man present to help her (Vice Presidential Candidate Tim Walz) and a woman who has been launched into the limelight without even receiving a single vote by Democratic Party voters, to represent a political party who claims they are trying to preserve democracy.  During that time Kamala Harris has had less interviews with the mainstream media, two (she just managed a solo interview, recently, and then bombed it terribly), than the number of times assassination plots have been attempted or planned and revealed to the public during that same time period.  We know she’s a people person who likes to get down and dirty — in her past she’s been very friendly with the likes of Willie Brown and P. Diddy.

Is this the kind of tyrannical madness the Founding Fathers intended?

The upcoming election is probably the most important in history.  Yes, I am putting it right up there with Jefferson defeating the Hamiltonians and sending them headlong into the annals of history, the fight over pushing us into democracy when Andrew Jackson was elected (not a good one for the U.S. at the time), the battle in 1860 that led to Abraham Lincoln being elected (a shocking discussion I will leave for another time), and a whole slew of other elections that pushed us towards the Constitution and away from it throughout our short history as a country.  Today, we are faced with unbelievable anti-Constitution, anti-American, pro-socialist terror being perpetrated by enemies of liberty fighting from the inside.  Within the Halls of Government the enemy is already embedded, celebrating socialist ideas in violation of Article IV., Section 4 of the United States Constitution (which guarantees to every State a republican form of government), using surveillance methods through technology in violation of the Fourth Amendment, calling for the confiscation of any guns legally held by members of the public in violation of the Second Amendment, using misinformation/disinformation claims so that they can violate the First Amendment’s free speech clause, going after churches and Christians in violation of the First Amendment’s religious freedom clause, targeting the free assembly of groups who disagree with their agenda in violation of the First Amendment’s assembly clause, targeting those who dare disagree with them and then labeling them as insurrectionists (and going after those people judicially) in violation of the petition clause in the First Amendment, using the courts through lawfare to go after political opponents in violation of the Fifth and Sixth Amendments, and then hitting certain persons who aspire to return to the White House as President of the United States with outrageous outside-the-norm bail and fines in violation of the Eighth Amendment.  They falsely claim he led an insurrection on January 6, 2021 (when looking into the proper execution of election law is among the duties of the Executive Branch), and they continually claim that their opposition represents a clear and present danger to America and that Donald Trump must be stopped (fueling a shocking wave of assassination attempts against the man).  This kind of tyranny is exactly the kind of stuff the Founding Fathers established our system to guard against.  The enemy, one might observe, is not only at the gates, they are inside our government and they are wielding the gate clicker.  They have infested our system, and must be rooted out.  The swamp needs more than a mere draining.

The leftist threat has been bubbling for over two centuries.  It was fed when Alexander Hamilton called for the President to be king during the Constitutional Convention in 1787.  It was fed when Alexander Hamilton succeeded in establishing a central banking system, and simultaneously birthed the unconstitutional concept of implied law.  It was fed when John Marshall wrote the concept of Judicial Review into existence in 1803 in his published judicial opinion of the Marbury v. Madison case.  It was fed when Andrew Jackson, the father of the Democratic Party, demanded that we tinker with the Electoral College and insert more democracy into our American System.  It was fed when the Lincolnian Republicans moved the country from “The United States ARE” to “The United States IS,” further nationalizing the federal government and centralizing its power over the States and We the People.  It was fed when the Fabians began to import into the United States their Marxist ideas through various influences.  It was fed when, partially related to that influence, a Marxist “power to the workers” narrative began to circulate pushing the strengthening of labor unions and ultimately to the creation of Labor Day as a holiday.  It was fed when Dewey introduced “Progressive Education” into America’s public schools.  It was fed when Woodrow Wilson solidified executive power with unconstitutional executive orders claiming that they were legal because the Constitution did not forbid them, and when Franklin Delano Roosevelt launched his New Deal policies and thousands of unconstitutional and tyrannical executive orders based on the same unconstitutional line of thinking.  It was fed during “The Progressive Era” when the Federal Reserve was birthed, the Sixteenth Amendment changed how Income Tax was collected, and the Seventeenth Amendment attacked the republic and moved the U.S. Senate towards democracy by changing the place of choosing United States Senators.  It was fed when we were infiltrated by communists, and they grabbed a hold of various institutions beginning with the intelligence community and Hollywood (and then succeeded in scoffing and mocking any resistance).  It was fed when they assassinated President John F. Kennedy, when President Johnson created his Great Society, and when President Nixon led us to becoming chummy with Communist China.  It was fed when the Gold Standard was abandoned, globalist organizations tilted U.S. policy through the work of their infiltrators toward abandoning our sovereignty, and President Jimmy Carter further stuck the federal government’s nose into the education of our children with the U.S. Department of Education.  It was fed when Trilateralist George Herbert Walker Bush as President of the United States proclaimed the rise of a New World Order, and when President Bill Clinton sold our technology to Communist China.  It was fed when towers fell, and we responded by launching profiteer-inspired wars around the globe during the dawn of the new millennium.  It was fed when the federal government increased its control over the means of production with the bailouts at the end of President George W. Bush’s second term, when the Dodd-Frank law inserted greater federal control over independent banks, and when President Obama proclaimed it was his aim to “fundamentally transform the United States of America.”  It was fed when Obamacare was launched, when COVID mandates were pushed, and when President Biden’s economic plans sent America spiraling towards disaster thanks to greater governmental intrusions into the private sector.  It was fed when elections were stolen and when the border was thrown wide open.  It was fed when policies designed to increase crime and reduce penalties for crime were launched in California by then State Attorney General Kamala Harris, and now she promises to do the same for the entire country.  And now, as we stand at a crossroads, it is being fed by far-left promises by a Marxist Democratic Party Candidate for President of the United States, Kamala Harris, that go way beyond destabilizing our culture and destroying our economy.

We stand on the precipice.  Either we retain our liberty and restore our republic, or the dark nightmares of the hard-left Democratic Party and their allies will crush the republic and toss the Constitution on top of the raging flames of the bonfire they have already lit for those who dare to stand against them.

Here, on Constitution Day in 2024, rather than fearing what the enemies of the Constitution will launch next at us, we should be celebrating across the country the establishment of our system of liberty.  We have been divided, and told to hate America, when in reality we should be standing together as Americans today (which should be a federal holiday, rather than Labor Day which was inspired by Marxism) celebrating our system of liberty, our freedoms to operate in our society with as little governmental interference as possible, and reveling in the prosperity that the free market brings.  Instead of basking in the warmth of freedom and prosperity we have a leftwing fog covering America, and we fear what might be next.  It seems cold and dark right now, but I believe a new dawn of liberty is ready to light up the skies of America.

America is not supposed to be filled with fear.  We have always been a country of hope and opportunity.  Rather than fearing the communist specter that is shadowing our land, on September 17 we should be celebrating who we are as Americans, and celebrating this wonderful day that commemorates the day the Constitution was approved, signed, and prepared to be sent out to the States for ratification.  We should be following the law (108-447, Section 111) so that our children may also know the wonderful blessing we have in the Constitution — the law calls for each educational institution that receives public funds to hold educational programs teaching the students about the wonderful founding document we have in the United States Constitution.

Today is the 237th Anniversary of the signing of our Constitution.  The U.S. Constitution was signed September 17, 1787.  When the shadows are descending upon us, today on Constitution Day let us remember our foundation, and seek to return to those principles.

The Constitution of the United States was designed to stand the test of time, and it has indeed endured over two centuries.  While abused, ignored, usurped and attacked as much as it has been, because of it we are still the greatest place in the world to live.  Because of the system originally designed by the Founding Fathers there are no other countries as free, prosperous, and vibrant as the United States of America.

Thanks to the rise of movements like the Tea Party, and Trump’s MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN movement, we have many Americans who desire to become more informed about our Constitution, and how to stand against the destruction of the system by the progressive leftist democrats. Americans have realized that the leftwing agenda of the Democratic Party and their cohorts is dead opposite to the system created by the founders in the U.S. Constitution and that is why they champion bringing back Donald J. Trump as President of the United States.

The violent hate for the Constitution by the progressive Marxist left in this country has become more and more apparent with each passing day.  They have removed their veil.  They are now open about their hatred of America’s founding.  Unfortunately, they have convinced a lot of Americans that their insanity somehow makes sense — many of whom are the younger generations who we need to be carrying the torch of liberty in the future.

September 17th, Constitution Day, is not just another day.  It is a reminder of who we are, where we came from, and how important it is to begin heading back in that direction.  We the People are what the Constitution is all about. The document limits the authority of the federal government so as to protect the people from tyranny, while creating a republic that gives the minority voting groups a voice that can compete with the raging collectivistic voice of the population center mobs.  We need to restore the republic, not preserve democracy which would give the brainwashed majority the ability to vote away the rights of anyone who stands against them.  The more we understand this, and demand a return to the Constitution, the greater the chance we will reach a point where the tipping point is not something to fear, but something to celebrate because the new direction in that scenario would be back to liberty, and laissez-faire.

The Constitution has endured for over 200 years, and its enduring integrity cannot be taken for granted. We must be educated regarding the Constitution’s principles, and we must fight to preserve the Constitution.  Our liberty’s future depends on it.
