This week Mr. Constitution opens the program with commentary regarding a video by a lazy snowflake socialist complaining about having to work, rather than just enjoying life.  Then Douglas V. Gibbs discusses the trial of Derek Kennison who was convicted this week for his presence at the Capitol on January 6, 2021; he was there after the “insurrection” occurred, and he shook hands, never went into the Capitol, and prayed with his friends — yet, he was convicted and will be serving federal prison time.  Then, in the history lesson portion of the show, Doug discusses the Nuremberg Trials, and the occupation of Japan after World War II.
