One week out from the 49th Anniversary of Roe v. Wade Douglas V. Gibbs discusses whether or not the court ruling was constitutional, and if the federal government has any authority regarding the issue of abortion. Then, we journey through Article I, Section 7 and about halfway through Article I, Section 8 of the United States Constitution discussing the lawmaking process, and many of the authorities enumerated in the Constitution as powers delegated to Congress.
