During the Progressive Era 1913 turned out to be the most unconstitutional year in history in terms of passage of acts and ratification of amendments. All of them are related to each other and were designed to place more power in the hands of the power class of global elites, and to move America away from being a republic, and more towards the transitional form of political systems, democracy.
